Insurance Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities:
o Coordinate all travel, events, and appointments for insurance team memberso Buy office supplies when needed to keep the office stocked and schedule maintenance for office equipment when neededo Notify employees when their licenses need to be renewed so that we comply with all regulationso Supervise administrative assistants to make sure office procedures are followed and business runs smoothlyo Keep track of office expenses and perform basic bookkeeping tasks to ensure we adhere to the monthly budget
Qualifications:
o Displays impressive customer service communication, and problem-solving skillso Office management or insurance sales experience strongly preferredo Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.Dor equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferredo Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar systemso 1
years experience in a previous management position preferably in insuranceo 1
